In the early morning hours of what was supposed to be a day of national pride and celebration, a tragedy of unimaginable proportions was rapidly unfolding in Central Texas. By now, we’re all aware of the scale and staggering cost of human life.
Many local businesses are doing what they can to help in the wake of the disaster, and we thank them for that.

Duro Hospitality, the firm behind The Charles, Café Duro, and El Carlos Elegante will be donating a portion of July’s sales to the Texas Hill Country Flood Relief Fund.

Gift and party shop, Enjoy the Perk, will be donating 100% of all net proceeds from orders placed now until July 12.
Hopdoddy Burger Bar

On July 9, Hopdoddy Burger Bar (which has three locations in Dallas) will donate 100% of the day’s profits to Texas Search and Rescue.
JD’s Chippery
6601 Hillcrest Avenue
At JD’s Chippery bakery (Snider Plaza), all frosted cookie proceeds in July will be donated to TEXSAR (Texas Search and Rescue).
Kendra Scott
Various locations
Now through Wednesday, Kendra Scott jewelry stores will be accepting clean adult and children’s clothing, diapers, toiletries, cleaning supplies and toilet paper, which will be provided to families affected by the floods.
Partenope Ristorante
1903 Main Street (Dallas) and 110 S Greenville Avenue (Richardson)
This Thursday (July 10), Partenope Ristorante will donate 100% of sales, both dine-in and take-out, from both of its area locations (Dallas and Richardson). The proceeds will go to the Texas Hill Country Community Foundation.
Pizzana
3219 Knox Street, Ste. 150
Knox Street’s Pizzana will donate 100% of net proceeds from their margherita pizza (now through Friday) to the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund.
The Rackhouse
4847 Main St, The Colony
On July 10, The Rackhouse (The Colony) will donate 15% of sales to Mercy Chefs, an organization that provides hot meals and relief to families impacted by this tragedy.
Saved by the Bagel
6921 Independence Pkwy, Ste. 170, Plano
Plano’s Saved by the Bagel will donate and match 100% of profits this Saturday (July 12) to support families affected by the flooding.
Studio Santé
6726 Snider Plaza
Studio Santé fitness studio (Snider Plaza) will be hosting a series of donation-based community classes. While classes are free, attendees are highly encouraged to make a donation. Donations can be made via the GoFundMe link in their Instagram bio or by scanning the QR code offered during classes.
Truck Yard and Second Rodeo Brewing
