The original Miami location is recommended in the Michelin Guide, and the owner, chef Renato Viola, won Best Pizza in the World at a competition in Monte Carlo, leading to his O-1 Visa designation for individuals with extraordinary ability (hence the name, Mister O1).

Caleb Martin apparently likes ranch dressing and black truffle seasoning on his pizza.

There are plenty more accolades where that came from, but to summarize, they're slinging some serious pies here. On Sunday, April 4, the chain with four locations in North Texas announced a collaboration with Dallas Mavericks forward Caleb Martin for a limited-edition pizza flavor available for a limited time.
And, yes, they actually have always had a pizza on the menu called the Star Luca. There is no relation as far as we know.
Caleb Martin is one of the newest Mavericks players who was involved in the trade that shall not be named. He started his career in 2019 with the Charlotte Hornets, then signed a contract with Miami Heat from 2021-2024.
A few months after signing a multi-year contract with the Philadelphia 76ers in July 2024, he was traded to the Mavericks along with Anthony Davis and Max Christie.
Despite our mourning of the trade, we appreciate how the new players have fostered connections in the city that continue to rebuild spirits.
Chef Renato and Caleb Martin's pizza has a base of Italian tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, and is topped with spicy salami calabrese, Italian sausage, ranch dressing, honey, basil and spicy black truffle seasoning.
It's available from April 3 to June 29 at all Mister O1 locations in Texas: 3838 Oak Lawn Ave. (Uptown), 129 S. Main St. (Grapevine), 4630 Long Prairie Road (Flower Mound) and 1520 E Debbie Lane (Mansfield).
A brand-new Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza will open Tuesday, May 20, at 2828 N. Tarrant Parkway in Alliance, just a touch north of Fort Worth.
