Very reminiscent of The Band and Dylan–and that’s not a bad thing at all. I dig Richard Davis’ world weary vocals and that wall of (country) sound production. If the rest of Rattlesnake Inn is as pleasurable as this track, this could really be a local release worth picking up.
The band plays this weekend in Bandera, but will be back in our area April 6 as part of a cancer benefit show taking place at Club Dada.
