First, many thanks to the Friends of Unfair Park — without your company, a long day would have felt much, much longer. So be here tomorrow and just stay home tonight: Dallas Police sent the after-2 p.m. traffic-accident tally, and numbers were higher than the morning’s count. From Senior Corporal Kevin Janse:
It appears the drive home was worse than the drive in this morning. Dallas Officers responded to 56 minor accidents and 26 major accidents between the hours of 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Five calls were transferred to DSO. There will be no further updates on accident numbers tonight.
Let’s hope there’s no need. So, tomorrow we compare whiskeys? Because, ya know, this Weller 107 is really rather nice at the price. I tip my glass in your general direction.
