At this very moment, Commercial Property News is hosting the Dallas-Fort Worth Property Opportunities Conference at the Westin Galleria Dallas. So it’s no coincidence that CPN is on top of the shindig, reporting this morning about this morning’s keynote address, which was delivered by Ted Hamilton. Ted’s the president of Hamilton Properties, the folks responsible for rehabbing some half-dozen properties in downtown Dallas, including the Dallas Power & Light Building, the Davis Building and Mosaic. And as far as Hamilton’s concerned, Dallas is going urban living and staying urban living: “Downtown is livelier on a Friday night at 10 p.m. than it is on 10 a.m. on a Friday morning.” –Robert Wilonsky
