So, I’m starting a new chapter in my life.” (Former Mirabelle chef-owner Joseph Maher on selling his stellar North Dallas place. Amongst those 40 reasons: the commute from Southlake and the desire to spend some time with his son, who is competing with Nicaragua’s national swimming team this summer. He plans to stay in Dallas and will look at new ventures soon.)
