$10,000

It ain’t hard finding a recording of The Cure’s September 15, 1989, stop at Starplex in support of Disintegration — they’re out there, trust me. But there’s no need to settle for so-so quality: A Friend of Unfair Park sends word that in advance of Rhino Records’ release of the three-disc Disintegration: Deluxe Edition on June 8, the band will stream on this stand-alone site the Dallas concert — at least, the section that runs through the entirety of the album, from “Plainsong” through “Untitled.”

It’s scheduled to be posted May 24. But you can go to the site and register for updates, in case you’re not good with keeping track of dates. And, while you’re there, the band’s streaming demos, outtakes, alternate tracks and other rarities from the record. Fret not: This isn’t your weekend-listening selection. That’ll come, as always, at day’s end. Though it will be a Fair Park offering. From ’87.
