Looks like Elliott’s Hardware’s pitch to the former president paid off and then some, as the freshly unpacked Dallas resident made a “surprise” (so said the press release, anyway) swing by the Maple Avenue store today to pick up his name tag and dark-blue uni. Said the ex-president, according to the Elliott’s e-mail we got this afternoon, “I’m looking for a job.” Get in line.
