Boston-based indie band, Clem Snide has been on the verge of breakthrough for almost two decades. If you’ve ever watched an episode of NBC’s, Ed, or spent anytime in a Starbucks, chances are you’ve heard a variety of their “art-country” tunes.
It’s been an up-and-down ride: Their career has been riddled with hard times, band break-ups and recoveries, and bad tours. But their show at Doublewide tomorrow night promises to be a really good one, with the Heligoats and Denton’s, Matthew And The Arrogant Sea in the support slots.
Which makes this a treat: The folks over at Doublewide have given us a pair of tickets to this show, which, by the way, is pretty much guaranteed to sell out. And we’d like to pass them along to a lucky DC9 reader. Just be the first person to email me with “Naked Lunch” in the subject line, and the tickets are yours. Good Luck!
Update: Contest is over. Congrats to our winner!
