Speaking of Ohioans (in today’s sandwich smack-down news)…
The Cleveland, Ohio, deli Corky and Lenny’s is changing the name of their $10.50, “King Size Corned Beef Sandwich,” according to TMZ. Moments ago, the sandwich was known as the “King James.” What did they rename it, you ask? Why, it’s now called “The Dirk Nowitzki Corned Beef Sandwich.”
Aside from wondering if this is the first TMZ post about a sandwich, we’d love to get this sandwich to Dirk for the parade. We’re thinking: trophy in one hand and a overstuffed beef sandwich in the other.
