Friend of the show and local photographer Danny Hurley spent the day at the Dallas All-Con 2009 at the Crowne Plaza, where it’s been quite the hodgepodge of sci-fi fans wee, womens and way otherwise since yesterday’s kickoff. The caper wraps tomorrow but goes all night till then, which is why Danny’s taking his light saber back to the hotel for the 10 p.m. 18-and-up burlesque show featuring the Lollie Bombs. We’ll have pics from that and the rest of the weekend event in a slide show tomorrow — though not before Patrick Michels posts a thousand snapshots taken during his daylong adventure along Greenville Avenue. Till all that, though, this sneak peak from Danny’s roll.
