We began the day on the bridge, we end the day on (OK, near) the bridge — this time with one of Justin’s photos compiled for the Margaret Hunt Hill slide show you’ll find here. It was either this or this: from the Library of Congress’s archives, a 100-year-old photo of the then-brand-new Houston Street Viaduct, at the time known as the Oak Cliff Viaduct. I was looking at it this evening when Patrick “Buzz” Williams walked by and noticed it on my screen. Said he: “Now there’s a bridge.” And here it is again. Same photo … or is it?
