McKinney: Now, The 14th-Best Small City in the Whole U.S.A. in Which to Live

Ten of the 100 bestest cities in the whole country are in the DFW — though they’re not actually the D or the FW, as this is a list of “small cities.” Says Money, you’d do well to live in McKinney (which comes in at No. 14), followed by Carrollton, Richardson, Allen, Euless, Frisco, Denton, Garland, Lewisville or Grand Prairie. The reasons given: “plentiful jobs, excellent schools, affordable housing.” So now we know why Richie lives in McKinney, which does have a lovely downtown. But, really, Euless?
