The Lizard Lounge–which, it should be noted, will celebrate its very impressive 18th anniversary on Saturday night with a set from house DJ Robbie Rivera among others–played host to a freak show performance from the DFW-based touring sideshow Hellzapoppin last night. Among the not-for-the-weak-stomach sights seen: Fire-eating, walking on broken glass and self-mutilation.
