Two days after 22-year-old hairdresser Elizabeth Lightfoot was found dead inside her burning car along Preston Road between Keller Springs and Arapaho, her tragic tale became international news. Yet close to a month later, save for a few horrific revelations Dallas Police are still no closer to solving the case than they were at 2 a.m. November 4, which is why, moments ago, DPD sent word that CrimeStoppers is offering $5,000 for information that will lead to an arrest and indictment in the case — money that’s on top of the $10,000 Oak Farms Dairy has already offered.

DPD also sends this video you see above: Lightfoot exiting the Tom Thumb at Preston and Belt Line at midnight on November 2, just two hours before her death. Per DPD’s instructions: “Anyone with information is asked to call Homicide Detective Thompson at 214-671-3662.”
