You know what they say: People in glass restaurants should make delicious drinks. (Wait, is that how that goes?) Savor Gastropub is nestled at the edge of Klyde Warren Park and offers great food, well-crafted cocktails and amazing people watching.
Their saké sangria is a new slant on a traditional (and usually simple) drink, thanks to the slight bite of the rice wine that’s balanced out with the tartness of the white cranberry. A touch of sweetness from the demerara makes this one cocktail that’s easy to sip on a warm summer afternoon while watching the kids enjoy the park — or you could make it at home with a much less entertaining view.
