Seem to recall that back in November, when we were discussing efforts to clean up the Royal Lane-Dennis Road intersection in my beloved Northwest Dallas, talk turned to a certain Chinese-Mexican one-two punch located in a former check-cashing facility on Royal. Ah, yes. Here it is. Well, it’s for sale now: yours for the low, low price of $499,500. I know one Friend of Unfair Park who’d pay that just for the signs, which, of course, is the only reason I even mention this.
