Roger and Marc Andres have taken their proposal for 1800 Henderson Avenue — otherwise known as the site of the empty Carnival grocery store — to the YouTubes, where they’ve posted some 45 minutes’ worth of video from their January 15 zoning-change presentation to the neighborhood.
