Feels like it’s been a long while since we’ve touched upon the U.S. Senate candidacy of former Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert, last seen gigging David Dewhurst and who’s still insisting that the Trinity River Corridor Project is worthy of federal earmarks. Anyway. On Saturday he was down at the San Antonio Tea Party Senate Candidates Forum, from which the video on the other side is taken. Says Leppert: “I was privileged to serve as mayor of Dallas for four years, and we did some things that government usually don’t do.
