Abacus’ Chef de Cuisine Tré Wilcox, booted way too early from Top Chef back in August, has nonetheless been regularly providing the Bravo site with recipes for its “Football Foodies” page — like this week’s recipe for Beer Braised Sirloin Chili. Sounds good — good and complicated.
Wilcox will also join cheftestants from past Top Chef seasons tonight at 8, when Bravo airs its Holiday Special cook-off.
