From the guys that brought you the hit we-swear-it’s-not-a-domestic-abuse anthem, “Mr. Hit Dat Hoe,” a new music video from the Collipark-backed Dallas duo. You already know we like the song, called “Throwed Off”: It’s–finally–a single with national potential that has nothing to do with the boogie movement. And it’s from an artist not named Dorrough, no less! The video, shot at Club Pure, does a decent enough job of setting the scene. But it’s the song we love–at least in part because it reminds us of the 1993 Michael Douglas movie Falling Down, if only thematically.
