If you were wondering just how serious the city is about renaming that stretch of Young Street after César Chávez, well, looks pretty serious.
Happened upon this sign earlier today whilst downtown, outside the Maceo Smith Federal Building at Young and Griffin Streets, and as you can see, the city won’t take kindly to anyone meddling with it.
