Like I wrote Tuesday, the city’s about to officially unveil its “Happy Trails” campaign intended to make those 104 miles’ worth of hike-n-bike paths safer following the death of Lauren Huddleston on the Katy Trail in October and another car-on-cyclist collision two weeks later. By now, surely, you’ve visited the new Happy Trails Dallas website — which, I see, has added quite the online store since our visit earlier this week, if you’re in need of a “doggie ruffle tee.”

The music video we came across Tuesday was yanked shortly after we posted it. In advance of the any-moment-now City Hall press conference, it makes its return above. And, yes, the city is also planning on making Junior Brown’s rendition of “Happy Trails” available for keeps.
