Dunno if you heard but they broke ground on Museum Tower in the Arts District today — only took several years and $200 million from the Dallas Police & Fire Pension System. They should be done building the 42-story, 122-unit, nothing-under-a-million tower in, oh, ’round two years, give or take. Sounds lovely. Looks it too: A Friend of Unfair Park sends us this fly-through that dates back a couple of years, back when there were no takers for such an elaborate project.
