On Rotation Brewery moved from their East Dallas home to the Braniff Centre at Love Field in 2021. They produce small-batch craft beer with chef-driven kitchen that serves elevated bar food with many gluten free options. In addition to a spacious bar and dining room, On Rotation also has an outdoor courtyard.
