Wouldn’t it be cool if Montre Bible’s name was pronounced Moan-Tray Beeb-lay, and instead of signing copies of his debut novel Heaven Sent at Barnes & Noble on Thursday, he was singing the song “Heaven Sent” with his Christian heavy metal band at Barnes & Noble? That would be cool. In fact, if I were in the Barnes & Noble at 7700 W. Northwest Highway on Thursday, and I looked up and saw Moan-Tray rocking out in the café with his long hair down in his face, I might put down my Us Weekly and watch him for a sec. Oh well. Montre is an author, not a rock star, and he will be signing his book (about a boy with newly discovered spiritual powers) at said Barnes & Noble Thursday beginning at 7:30 p.m. Rock on Moan-Tray.
