Take a moment and clear your mental cache. Please, we’ll wait. That infinite accumulation of data from complex mathematics to banal daily stimuli has no weight, no volume. Hell, it has zero quantitative properties hemming it in. Meanwhile, in the third dimension, you could examine an object woven in abundant detail that appears to be a simple blank canvas if viewed with distance. White Noise, the new group offering at Circuit 12 Contemporary, looks at our ability to process and filter these floods of experiences. It asks important questions like “How has our consciousness transformed without us, into a sponge with no nerves?” and “Where does all that shit go?” Chiming in on the conundrum Friday are artists Andrew Falkowski, Ron Ewert, Josh Reames and Adam Scott. Join them for some artful trepanning from 6 to 10 p.m. at Circuit 12 (1130 Dragon St., Suite 150). Visit circuit12.com.
