When you think of Chuy’s, two things usually come to mind: the Elvis Platter and the president’s underage daughters getting busted trying to drink margaritas at the Austin location. As Chuy’s celebrates its 18th annual Green Chile Festival, you’ll think of The Cat in the Hat as the chain adopts a Dr. Seuss theme and a special three-week menu including Southwest pork nachos and shrimp caesar salad. Plus, there’s the Lisa Marie Martini, because they’re not giving up the Elvis schtick. Just don’t eat the silly putty-filled green eggs they’re giving away. It starts Monday and runs through September 17 at Chuy’s, 4544 McKinney Ave. Call 214-559-2489.
