It happens every spring so consistently that we could mark it on our calendar: We seriously consider trading in our lifestyle of being caged in a gas-guzzling car for the open-air thrills, the drastically reduced petroleum consumption and the traffic-weaving efficiency of a motorcycle. Watters Creek, at Bethany Drive and U.S. 75 in Allen, has given us one more reason to do it: Bike Night 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. every Thursday beginning this week and continuing through October 27, with free live music, happy hours and other discounts from participating restaurants and vendors, and reserved parking for your crotch rocket or hog on Village Green Drive. Call 972-747-8000 or visit watterscreek.com.
Thursdays, 7-10 p.m. Starts: April 21. Continues through Oct. 27, 2011
