Fair Park will burst with multicolored sequins, lace and tulle this coming Sunday, during the Latino Bridal & Quince Girl Expo. The expo boasts nearly 200 vendors, all advertising the pricey bells and whistles that accompany the rites of passage ceremonies. Vendors will line the hall, transforming fold-out tables into dress shops, florists and hair salons. Party planners will be on site, there’ll be runway shows displaying the extravagant princess-like dresses and a raffle offering a chance to win $1,250 worth of party swag. The show takes place from noon until 5 p.m. Sunday at the Automobile Building in Fair Park. Admission is $8 for adults, and children under the age of 10 enter free. There’s a $2 discount available with a Fiesta Mart receipt. For more information, visit quincegirlexpos.com.
