So, we got this event tonight. An Iron Fork event, if you will.
A kick ass night featuring bites from local restaurants like Kenichi, Lockhart Smokehouse, Torchy’s Tacos and much, much more. This kick ass Iron Fork event will pit local chefs Scott Romano of Charlie Palmer and Gilbert Garza of Suze against each other in a spatula-flyin, bacon-stuffing throw down Iron Chef-style (is that trademarked, Bobby?) before a panel of judges. There will even be a secret ingredient, and possibly a wicked back-flip from our editor Joe Tone (no promises on the latter).
