Do you believe in angels? There’s a new one in town, and it apparently watches over people who like lunch. This is especially so if they like it in the form of fresh sandwiches and salads. And soups made from scratch. And bakery cases full of sweet treats like decorated sugar cookies, cakes, cupcakes and pies. And…well, you get the idea.
Owners Brad Liles and Keith Hall quietly opened Chocolate Angel Too in its latest Preston/Forest location last fall after successful runs in Carrollton and Plano. The concept is a spin-off from The Chocolate Angel Café and Tea Room in Richardson, which operates under separate owners.
Although it’s much like the Richardson tea room in menu and décor, Chocolate Angel Too is a bit more ‘fast-casual,’ with counter service, take-home dishes and a little more overall hurry. Even non-believers will be converted by items like chocolate fudge Coca-Cola cakes, strawberry pretzel salads and grilled pimento cheese sandwiches.
Chocolate Angel too is located at 11909 Preston Road, near Chic Barcelona and The Mercury.
