Want to get your name into the Guinness World Book of Records? Then show up at the Dallas Convention Center on Saturday morning. There, you’ll team up to break the existing record of 1,481 for Most People Making Sandwiches Simultaneously. Not only will you gain the notoriety of becoming a world record-holder (move over, fat motorcycle twins), but you’ll help to create thousands of sandwiches which will be donated to local charities.
In 2014, a similar Dallas event attended by 1,363 record-breakers generated 136,00 sandwiches. This year, over 3,000 people are expected to participate. By our calculations, it’ll be a whole lotta sammich.
Register for free at BreakingTheWorldRecord.com and donate $11.49 to cover the cost of supplies, or bring your sammy-makins with you. Then get ready to make the most important sandwiches of your life.
