AMC Is Streaming the Pilot of Halt and Catch Fire, its Texas Computer Drama, Starting Now

In the current issue of the Observer, I take a long look at the creation of AMC’s new drama, Halt and Catch Fire, which was inspired by a local software salesman and co-created by that salesman’s son, Plano-born screenwriter Chris Cantwell.

Although it doesn’t premiere on AMC until Sunday, June 1, it’s available to watch for free right now, on Tumblr, through a new partnership between AMC and Yahoo.
