Turning 30 certainly calls for a beer or two. But 30 is a whole different animal for a brewing company! Share a beer with one of the pioneers of the American craft brew movement–Sierra Nevada founder Ken Grossman–at the brewery’s 30th anniversary “beer dinner” 6 p.m., Monday at the Meddlesome Moth, 1621 Oak Lawn Ave. The dinner features the brewery’s 30th anniversary series, plus its Pale Ale and Life and Limb–a rare treat made in collaboration with Dogfish Head–along with four courses and desserts prepared by Moth Chef Chad Kelley. It’s $85 a pop, but hey, you only turn 30 once. For reservations, call 214-628-7900.
