Not sure if you heard about this, but 100 years ago, there was this awesome ship that accidentally hit an iceberg. A bunch of really bad stuff happened to a lot of really good people, and history (and Hollywood) has told us all about some of the passengers: John Jacob Astor IV, Benjamin Guggenheim, Molly Brown, Rose DeWitt Bukater. But the new exhibit, Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition, is here to tell us the rest of the story. With more than 250 artifacts and recreations, this exhibit gives an expanded look at the Titanic and, more important, the people aboard. Get your boarding pass and see if you survive at Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition, on view through March 23, 2013, at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, 1600 Gendy St. Tickets are $10 to $28 for non-members and $6 for members (prices include admission to museum). Call 817-255-9540 or visit fortworthmuseum.org.
Tuesdays-Sundays. Starts: Oct. 14. Continues through March 23, 2012
