Get ready to see the biggest dock in Dallas! The second annual Dallas International Boat Show and Dock Party will fill Dallas Market Hall with an ocean of watercraft–from luxury yachts and sailboats to powerboats and water toys–allowing you ample opportunity to dream of manning the wheel, gripping your favorite koozie and breathing in a steady flow of sea mist. Wednesday’s Dock Party–featuring live music, food and a silent auction–benefits the Wounded Warrior Project and its mission to honor and empower wounded soldiers. It also includes a special recognition program for military heroes and Purple Heart recipients. Admission to the boat show, which is open through February 14, is $10 for adults and $4 for children. Admission to the Dock Party, which kicks off at 6 p.m. Wednesday, is $50 and pre-registration is requested. For more information, visit dallasboatshow.com or letsgooutdoorstexas.com.
Mondays-Wednesdays, Fridays-Sundays. Starts: Feb. 5. Continues through Feb. 14, 2010
