Local artist Marilyn Parrish delves deep into the work of the feathered friend who introduced us to Baa Baa Black Sheep, the mulberry bush and the Muffin Man and finds plenty of artistic fodder for sculptures and multimedia compositions. Whimsical Nature in Tales, Rhymes and Fables runs from noon to 6 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays through October 3 at the White Rock Lake Museum, inside the Bath House Cultural Center at White Rock Lake Park, 512 E.
