When a discussion of foreign policy commences, I get sort of nervous and make a point not to make eye contact. The North-South Divide is the Mason-Dixon line, right? Kidding. Of course I know it has to do with the development and underdevelopment of countries–I love Wikipedia; those Wikifolk know everything…don’t they? Luckily, in my circle, foreign policy doesn’t come up much, but if it does in yours, the World Affairs Council is hosting a U.S. foreign policy talk with Seyom Brown, author of A Higher Realism: A New Foreign Policy for the United States, today at 11:30 a.m. at the Rosewood Crescent Hotel, 400 Crescent Court.
