Brunch is Dallas’ favorite pastime, and many restaurants around the city are serving a worthwhile spread this weekend for the holiday.
Some are hosting egg hunts, others are bringing in the Easter bunny and many are serving our favorite brunch classics. Whatever your reason for attending is, make those reservations now.
SER Steak + Spirits
2201 N. Stemmons Freeway
Following SER Steak + Spirits’ Easter festivities on Saturday is a Sunday brunch featuring chef-driven stations, a spring salad “egg hunt”, lobster deviled eggs, a dry-aged ham and porchetta carving station and a dessert spread with pastries, panna cotta and a chocolate fountain. Al Biernat’s

Al Biernat’s is a citywide classic for Easter. At both locations, they’re continuing the brunch tradition with thick brioche French toast finished with warm maple syrup, smoked salmon breakfast nests and a crawfish benedict as a Southern-inspired addition this year. Fork-tender pot roast and the steakhouse’s famous selection of cuts will also be available to order. The Adolphus

Under antique Murano glass chandeliers inside the iconic Grand Ballroom, The Adolphus is serving an opulent Easter Sunday brunch this year. Indulge in the experience for $140 per person and $50 per child. The feast includes made-to-order omelets, seafood selections, carving stations, pasta, freshly baked pastries, and a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. The Mexican

To celebrate its special Easter experience this year, The Mexican is opening early at 11 a.m. for its day of dining and live music. Its entire regular menu will be available in addition to a curated Easter experience where you’ll get two appetizers, two entrées and two signature cocktails, they say, crafted from the art. Asador

Asador is celebrating easter from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. this Sunday with a curated farm-to-fire brunch experience using seasonal ingredients. The buffet will feature a chilled seafood bar, chef-attended omelet and carving stations, spring salads, charcuterie, and desserts made in-house. They’re highlighting the vibrant flavors of Texas farms and purveyors. The last seating for brunch will be at 2:30 p.m. Reserve here.
The Mansion Restaurant

Inside The Mansion’s storied dining room is an elevated, three-course prix fixe Easter brunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The experience is priced at $165 per person and $75 for children, before taxes and gratuity. Executive Chef Charles Olalia created the menu, which highlights the flavors of spring through refined seasonal ingredients, elegant presentation and an artful approach. Expect deviled eggs with pimento cheese and chives, beet-cured salmon gravlax with potato rosti and horseradish and steak Diane with mustard cognac sauce. Finish the afternoon with carrot patch dream cake or a cocoa cherry bunny.
CATCH

CATCH is hosting an Easter Sunday dinner with one-night-only dinner specials like burrata and compressed melon with arugula, radicchio, crispy prosciutto and lemon vinaigrette, and roasted lamb chops with charred spring vegetables, cilantro mint emulsion and watercress salad. It will be served on the restaurant’s Golden Hour terrace, which has skyline views and a lively atmosphere. Make reservations here.

Wicked Butcher Dallas is hosting a special Easter brunch on Sunday with a variety of dishes packing in sweet and savory flavors. They’re serving a Prosciutto Benedict with farm fresh eggs and classic hollandaise, steak and eggs with filet mignon, chicken & waffles with sriracha honey and pecan maple syrup and Nutella-stuffed French toast with strawberry compote and chantilly cream. There will also be restaurant staples like the prime rib sandwich with au jus, steak tartare, dressed oysters and a jumbo shrimp cocktail. Mimosas and martinis will also be flowing. Commons Club inside the Virgin Hotel is serving style for its festive brunch, alongside a four-course prix-fixe feast. Priced at $65 per adult and $35 for children 12 and under, the spread includes savory shareables, off-menu entrees and dessert stations. Meridian may not be serving a Sunday brunch, but a Sunday Supper is just as good. Its family-style dining experience is perfect for post-church service or holiday festivities. The supper serves four people and costs $99. It highlights executive chef Eduardo Osorio’s thoughtful approach to Southern-inspired flavors and hospitality. Included is Meridian’s signature fried chicken, cornbread, pimento grits, broccolini and a classic dessert. 20% of the proceeds benefit Meat Fight, a nonprofit that raises money for multiple sclerosis research and support. The Saint and Night Rooster are serving two different Easter Sunday brunches this year under one roof. On the first floor is Night Rooster’s special dim sum brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It’s a three-course experience for $65 per person, before taxes and gratuity. Mister Charles is opening its door for Easter this Sunday, April 5, and is serving a three-course prix fixe menu for $125 per person, before taxes and gratuity. First-course highlights include vadouvan crab cake with kohlrabi salad and brioche French toast with bananas foster and chantilly. Entrees include painted hills beef filet with sauce bordelaise and halibut with sauce vierge. Finish the brunch off with pistachio tiramisu and chocolate gateau with caffe latte gelato.
