Chef Patton Robertson of Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck is teaming up with a few local chefs next week to host a Japanese dinner. His guests include Teiichi Sakuria of Tei-An, Matt Raso of Nobu, along with Scott Drewno from The Source (another Wolfgang Puck restaurant) in Washington D.C.

Each chef will prepare a course, which will be paired with sake and Japanese beer. Dinner will start in the new Cloud Nine private dining space atop Reunion Tower at 6 p.m. on October 22, with appetizers prepared by Robertson and champagne. Then dinner will move upstairs to the main dining room in Five Sixty.

“I’ve wanted to do a dinner with my local colleagues and fellow Japanese chefs for some time now,” said Executive Chef Patton Robertson. “This will be my first time working in the kitchen with some of these chefs which is especially exciting. Our guests will be exposed to some of the best Japanese food in town in one evening, in one setting.”

The night will end with desserts prepared by Five Sixty’s Pastry Chef Isla Vargas.

Tickets are $150 per person. Call (214) 741-5560 for reservations.
