Billionaire Warren Buffet bought Dairy Queen in 1997 for nearly $600 million because he likes the food. Well, not exactly just that. But we do know that he likes a double-dipped cone. (Yeah, you can ask them to double-dip a cone.) From a palate perspective, he’s a simple man.
Buffet is also sitting on more than $300 billion in cash right now, so it only makes sense that DQ is giving away a free small dip cone on the first day of spring, which is March 20 this year.
You can request your free cone by showing up and asking for it, with a limit of one per customer. You don’t need to download an app or sign up for a rewards program. However, despite what the photo above suggests (it’s our only photo), you can’t have it dipped in chocolate.
Get a Mint Oreo Cookie Blizzard for yourself and a free dip cone for the kid or dog.
