Free to Breathe 5K Run/Walk Supports Innovative Lung Cancer Research EVENT INFO: You can become a lung cancer hero! Fundraise and register to walk or run with hundreds of community members as they gather at the Dallas/Fort Worth Free to Breathe Run/Walk on May 15, 2016. The inspirational day will include a 5k run and walk and a 1-mile walk along with a rally, food, and festivities for the whole family including live music by DFW’s favorite, Signed Sealed Delivered. Since 2005, Free to Breathe events have raised more than $14 million for lung cancer research and educational programs. This year, the organization will be funding two new lung cancer research grants totaling over $1.2 million dollars. All proceeds from the event directly support Free to Breathe’s fight against lung cancer. Help us double lung cancer survival by 2022!
