Parterre in downtown Dallas in Santander Tower is a beautiful cafe offers with expansive dining space offers coffee and breakfast in the morning, as well as brunch, cocktails and bites for lunch and dinner. They use single-origin beans roasted in-house and by their local partner, Novel Coffee Roasters. For morning pastries, they’ll serve goods from La Casita Bakeshop.
We recently swooned over a brunch that included French toast made from La Casita croissants, candied pecans and Grade A maple syrup.
The sandwiches employ bagels from Starship Bagels, which are thick and hearty.
Every bite of a fresh and bright ahi tuna poke bowl was a delight.
