Anyone who's a fan of pop country knows that Dierks Bentley is getting to be a pretty big deal. And, currently, the singer is touring the country on his Miles & Music for Kids tour--something of a charity event that marries a concert with a charity motorcycle ride.
On Sunday, April 25, this tour will take him to Billy Bob's Texas in Fort Worth--and, actually, it's looking like a pretty big deal. After an hour-long charity motorcycle ride through North Texas, Bentley will be joined by some Texas country light-weights--among them Brandon Rhyder, Kristen Kelly & The Modern Day Drifters, and Roger Creager--but rumor has it that there will be some bigger-name surprise guests on the bill as well. Among the names we've heard? SMU alum Jack Ingram, Stoney Larue and Denton's own Eli Young Band.
We just called Bentley's publicist, and though she couldn't confirm any of these names, let's just say that she didn't deny them, either. And, seeing as all three of these artists' tour schedules has them in the area around the date of the concert, we think it's a pretty safe bet that this will be a country star-studded show...
