Which is not to say that GBV aren't worth a drive to Austin for their September 30 show, but still, it's a Thursday night and all...

Well, fret no more -- Robert Pollard & co. are coming to Dallas after all, with opener Times New Viking to boot. In fact, Dallas is where they'll kick off their reunion tour, featuring the 1992-96 lineup, at the Palladium Showroom Thursday, September 29, Kris Youmans just announced.
