Kesha's The Tits Out Tour with Scissor Sisters and Slayyyter was all set for Tuesday night at Dos Equis Pavilion when heavy rain delayed the start of the show.

The doors were supposed to open at 5:30 p.m., and Slayyyter would start the show at 7 p.m. However, incoming storms producing lightning delayed the doors.

A flash flood warning was issued at around 6 p.m. until 8:15 p.m., slowing the rush hour commute, drenching roadways and creating small stream flooding in urban areas. At 7 p.m., Dos Equis Pavilion issued an update on social media that they were monitoring the weather and consulting a meteorologist to see if they were in the clear to resume the show.

At 8:15 p.m., they posted an update, writing, "We are still monitoring a string of lightning in the area but we think we are getting closer to being in the clear for tonight's show."

As it neared 9 p.m., fans were getting understandably upset over the prolonged update, as Dos Equis Pavilion hadn't announced they were canceling the show yet. Fans moved to an earlier Instagram post announcing the show was tonight, and ironically stating this was a rain or shine event. The comments didn't stop.

At around 9:20 p.m., Dos Equis Pavilion posted on Instagram that they were postponing the show to Wednesday, July 9, writing in their caption, "Your safety is our top priority. While we had hoped we could get a show in for you tonight, Mother Nature had other plans. As the storm is moving through slower than anticipated and the lightning isn't letting up, we have made the decision to POSTPONE tonight's show. Hold on to your tickets as they will be honored for the new date."

Kesha confirmed on her IG Stories that she wouldn't be performing last night and acknowledged the devastating flood in Kerr County that has more than 160 people still missing.

"I wanted to say thank you for coming out to support an independent artist. I have been so excited for tonight and to celebrate my freedom and go tits out with all of you, but due to the weather and what yall here in Texas have been facing, I have to put your safety first. My heart is with you, Texas. I'm so sorry that I can't play this show tonight because of the weather and for all of your safety," she wrote, hoping we can all party tonight if the weather holds up.
@anima_pulchra02 After 3 1/2 hours of waiting, Kesha came out and cried cause she had to cancel the show due to the weather. But she’s staying the night to put on an even better show tomorrow and will honor all of our tickets. I’m so glad we get to support such an amazing and genuine artist @Kesha #kesha #titsouttour #dosequispavillion #dallastx ♬ ECE Marketing Airball - EC Equine Marketing
