At Austin City Limits this year, dad rock was at its finest on Sunday night with the Eagles serving as the festival’s closers.
We may have been exhausted (thanks a lot, allergies), but we definitely remember cheers from the opening riff to that “Hotel California” song. According to photos from our photographer Caity Colvard, though, not all Austin City Limits fans were Eagles-enthused.
Either that, or it’s a hipster ironic thing.
