Play Tonight, Learn Dance Skillz Tomorrow With MTV and Play-N-Skillz

Play-N-Skillz will be showing MTV around town this week as the network films for an upcoming special, My Block: Dallas, and you’ve got two chances to rub elbows with the Dallas rapper/producer stars.

Tonight, the brothers are celebrating their Grammy nominations (for their production work on Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter III) at Club Plush. But if dressing up for red-carpet events isn’t your thing, perhaps you’ll feel more at home tomorrow from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at a block party in the parking lot of Big T Bazaar. According to the group’s publicist, “Lots of local Dallas artists will be on-hand teaching people the D Town Boogie dances. Its going to be a good time.” And the local artists’ instruction is sure to be more informative than this video.
