We can’t find Jim this morning — sure hope he’s not down at the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge construction site! Or out taking photos après le deluge, as is his wont. Especially since our old pal Justin Terveen was out and about over the weekend, trying to cross the Trinity at Sylvan Avenue — which anyone knows ain’t gonna happen after a few inches of drizzle.
